Natural Gas Is a SAFE Fuel
Natural gas is a clean-burning, non-toxic fuel. THE SAFETY RECORD of natural gas is second to none. All around you, natural gas is used safely all year long for many different purposes. For example, natural gas is used to provide space heating and water heating in many shopping centers, schools, churches, and apartment buildings as well as to provide cooking energy in the majority of restaurants.
Natural Gas has an excellent safety record. We work hard to keep it that way and you can help us.
If you ever think you smell a gas odor or hear the hissing sound of escaping gas, please call and report it to the Calera Natural Gas Dept.
