What are the disconnect procedures for utility bills?
Disconnects are processed Monday at 5:00 p.m. before the second Tuesday of each month. An administrative fee of $50.00 will be charged to any delinquent account at that time. Accounts with a previous balance will be disconnected the second Tuesday of the month beginning at 6:30 a.m.


Account must be paid in full by cash or credit card by 2:00 p.m. for same day restoration if disconnected for non-payment or return item.
